RKST

$RKST is the token of Rocket Strategy. The strategy buys the commercial revenue rights of reusable rockets, meaning the right to sell payload space on each flight. Each deal is a position, and $RKST covers all positions rather than a single rocket.

The first position is Copernic Space I: rights to a 20-launch programme on the BLK3 rocket, operated by Exos Aerospace. It is currently in diligence.

How one launch pays

3. Launch settlesLaunch costs are paid and the launch's net profit is counted.
4. Buyback80% of the treasury's share of the profit buys back $RKST.

Buybacks happen only when a launch settles. There is no yield between launches.

Who buys the payloads

Space on each flight is sold by Copernic Space, which handles sales, authentication and ownership records. Buyers fall into these groups:

Researchers and universities

Experiments that need about 150 seconds of microgravity. Exos brings existing research contacts such as NASA's REDDI program, Purdue and UCF.

Brands and sponsors

Mission naming rights, logos on the rocket, and product launches filmed in flight.

Collectors

Items that fly to space and come back authenticated. Copernic's Moon Mission I sold over 2,000 assets to 200+ customers in 15+ countries.

Space and tech companies

Copernic partners including Axiom Space, Unstoppable Domains, Orbits Edge, CUDO Compute and Intrana.

Government and defense

Exos's prior work with the US Air Force and MDA, and early talks with national space programs.

Whole-flight buyers

A single customer booking an entire launch.

No payload purchases are signed yet. These are target buyers and existing sales channels, not confirmed orders.

Figures are from the Copernic Space I financial model. They are projections and may change.

The raise

One launch

The rocket carries 134 payload spots. The base case assumes 125 are sold at $15,000 each.

Revenue expectations

Base case: 20 launches over about five years. High case: 25 launches at a higher price per spot.

Vision

Launch revenue is held inside private companies today. Outside investors can only buy equity in those companies, which usually pays out only if the company is sold.

RKST makes that revenue directly ownable by buying the revenue rights of reusable rockets and bringing them on-chain. After Copernic Space I, the plan is to add more rockets and operators using the same structure.
